with @zarahkelleher
Guide us through a day in your life in NYC. What are your best tips for balancing a busy schedule while still making time for your wellness routine & social life?
Zarah Kelleher: My mornings start early with a walk with my golden retriever, Duke, journaling, and a workout. During the day I’m creating content, taking meetings, and growing my brand. Evenings are for dinner with friends or self-care.
The key is planning ahead: I block time in my calendar for workouts and non-negotiables so they don’t get pushed aside. I am big on work hard, play hard - I always make time for people I love, no matter what.
If you had to pinpoint one “secret ingredient” for achieving mind-body-spirit alignment, what would it be? How does it fuel lasting success?
Zarah Kelleher: Discipline — but with softness. I’ve learned that showing up for myself daily, whether it’s my workouts, journaling, or even saying no to what drains me, is key. But it’s also about giving myself grace when I need rest. That balance fuels long-term success because it keeps me consistent and happy.
Walk us through your weekly workout schedule. What forms of movement are you loving? What about go-to rituals or supplements before/after you hit the gym?
Zarah Kelleher: I move my body every single day, but in a way that feels good and sustainable. I walk a ton with Duke — he keeps me active no matter what. I aim to workout Monday through Friday and mix it up with Pilates, running, and light strength training throughout the week. I’m also big on my vitamins, staying hydrated, and I take my bloat + hydration supplements daily.
If you could go back 5 years and share one piece of advice with your younger self, what would you say and why?
Zarah Kelleher: Stop dimming your light to make others comfortable — you’re allowed to take up space. I used to downplay my ambitions or dreams out of fear of being “too much,” but those exact qualities are what built my brand and my confidence.
A hot take on wellness or something in your routine that would shock most people:
Zarah Kelleher: I don’t believe in “earning” rest or food. I'll sometimes skip workouts if my body asks me to. I live a healthy lifestyle so I can eat what my body's craving. Listening to yourself > forcing yourself.
Who or what is inspiring you lately?
Zarah Kelleher: I’ve been really inspired by Danielle Guizio and her brand lately. The way she built something so bold and authentic to her vision, while staying connected to her community, is exactly the kind of energy I strive for. Her pieces are unapologetic yet wearable, and her success story reminds me that you can create something iconic by staying true to yourself and putting in the work. It motivates me to keep pushing my own brand forward with confidence and creativity.
What’s your favorite arrae product and why?
Zarah Kelleher: I’m obsessed with the arrae Bloat capsules — they’re magic. As someone always running between meetings, shoots, and walking Duke, I don’t have time to feel uncomfortable after meals. They make me feel light, confident, and ready to take on the day without skipping a beat.
