What You'll Do

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Providing accurate information about our products/services and assisting with product selection
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally
  • Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times

Who You Are

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM software
