You will serve as the primary liaison between Arrae’s internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product) and our retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives and retail programs.

About The Role

What You'll Do

  • Manage, maintain, and grow relationships with key retail partners, ensuring exceptional service, brand representation, and long-term success.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration - Act as the primary liaison between Arrae’s Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams and retail partners, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Drive retail growth strategy - Develop and execute short- and long-term plans to expand retail presence and enhance performance across key accounts.
  • Analyze and present sales data - Track weekly performance, identify key trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize retail strategies.
  • Develop training & brand materials - Create product training decks, brand presentations, and sales tools to educate partners & sales associates.
  • Plan and execute retailer marketing initiatives - Oversee strategic campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional programs to enhance brand visibility and performance.
  • Optimize retail execution - Work closely with partners to monitor and improve inventory management, merchandising, and on-shelf availability.
  • Travel for retailer meetings & training - Conduct in-person store visits, retailer meetings, and product training sessions across the U.S. to strengthen partnerships and maximize in-store performance.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in retail account management, sales, or operations within the consumer goods, wellness, or beauty space.
  • People-oriented - You have strong interpersonal skills and can build trust and lasting relationships with retailers.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing retail growth strategies, managing account relationships, and overseeing merchandising and promotional initiatives.
  • Analytical mindset - You’re comfortable working with data and insights to drive business decisions.
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented - You can manage multiple priorities, work cross-functionally, and coordinate internal teams to support retailer success.
  • Exceptional communicator - Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated & proactive - You take initiative, solve problems, and execute with efficiency.
  • Based in LA or willing to travel for retailer meetings and training sessions.
